Is the Starter plan really free?
Yes. The Starter plan is free for clubs with up to 50 members. There is no card required and no time limit. You can use it for as long as you like while your club grows.
Are the prices final?
Not yet. The Club and Performance prices shown here are provisional while we open Swimly to Canadian clubs. We will confirm final Canadian dollar pricing before your club is billed, and the free Starter plan stays free.
Are there per-member fees?
No. Every paid plan is a flat monthly rate in Canadian dollars regardless of how many members you have within your tier. We do not think clubs should be penalised for growing.
How do members pay their fees?
Through Swimly you can collect club fees by recurring card payment or pre-authorised bank payment, so monthly, term or seasonal fees are collected automatically rather than chased by e-transfer.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can move up or down a plan from your club dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens if my club grows beyond a member limit?
We will let you know when you are approaching your plan's member limit and you can move to the next tier whenever you are ready. We will not cut off access without giving you plenty of notice.
