Is the Starter plan really free?
Yes. The Starter plan is completely free for teams with up to 50 athletes. There are no hidden fees, no credit card required, and no time limit. You can use it for as long as you like.
Why are the paid prices marked provisional?
We are expanding to the United States and finalizing US pricing. The Team and Performance prices shown are provisional placeholders and may change before general availability. The free Starter plan is available now.
Are there any per-athlete fees?
No. Every plan has a flat monthly rate regardless of how many athletes you have within your tier. We believe swim teams should not be penalized for growing.
Can I switch between plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your team dashboard. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the new features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
Swimly collects dues by card and by bank transfer (ACH). Payments are collected automatically on schedule, so your treasurer is not chasing checks each month.
What happens if my team grows beyond the athlete limit?
We will notify you when you are approaching your plan's athlete limit. You can upgrade to the next tier at any time. We will never cut off access or disable features without giving you plenty of notice.
